Ex-Crewe skipper Dave Brammer has today signed a 2 year contract with City and successfully passed a medical.
The midfielder will be the first ever player to play for all 3 local sides (Vale, Crewe and now Stoke), and he has saved the best until last.
Brammer turned down the offer of a new contract on reduced terms from Crewe and rejected contracts from other clubs which involved higher sums of money than the one that Stoke offered to sign for the Potters.
